Group Therapy

Group therapy can be helpful for people who seek solidarity or connections with others who are experiencing something similar in their lives. I offer many different groups at different times. 

Group examples include (but are not limited to):


  • Gender support (Nonbinary/Trans)

  • DBT skills application

  • Parent support   

  • Middle/Teen Support

  • Partners of trans/nonbinary people

  • Adoptee/adoptive family support
